Information Regarding College Credit Plus (CCP) Options at Hamilton High School

The purpose of the College Credit Plus (CCP) program is to promote rigorous academic pursuits and to provide a wide variety of options to college-ready students. Taking a college course from a public college or university College Credit Plus is free. That means no cost for tuition, books, or fees.

A College Credit Plus Information night will be held at the Hamilton High School - Freshman Campus on January 22, 2026 at 5:00 pm.

An “Intent to Participate” form must be completed and submitted to the counseling office no later than:

November 1, 2025 to be eligible for Spring 2026 courses.
April 1, 2026 to be eligible for Summer 2026 and Fall 2026 courses.
Students must also complete the online application for the college they wish to attend and take CCP classes from. This must be completed by:

November 1, 2026 for Spring 2026 courses. 
April 1, 2026 for Summer 2026 courses. 
May 1, 2026 for Fall 2026 courses. 
Students are responsible for keeping track of all application requirements. 

Hamilton High School partners with Sinclair Community College to offer College Credit Plus courses on Hamilton High School’s campus. Students planning on pursuing this option should speak with their teachers and counselors.  Please contact Ms. Bijas or Ms. Belschner for more information.
